It's almost unimaginable that Japanese cooking can do such a wonderful job cooking French cuisine in the middle of nowhere here in Nagaoka. The 3-course plus dessert is unexpectedly amazing. The chef uses and understands the raw materials so well. He composes superb dishes for us to savour. His level of food tastes is very much appreciated and it reflects on the perfect food taste. The combination of texture and taste of each dish are just perfect.
